🌿 Craniosacral Therapy in Kaimuki, Honolulu
Gentle, Powerful Healing for Your Nervous System If you’re looking for craniosacral therapy in Kaimuki or a gentle, hands-on therapy for pain relief in Honolulu, you’re in the right place. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a calming, non-invasive technique that uses very light touch to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore subtle structural balance. By supporting the healthy flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) around the brain and spinal cord, CST helps your central nervous system function at its best—activating your body’s natural ability to heal. Clients often describe the experience as deeply calming, trance-like, and profoundly restorative. Many drift into a meditative state or deep rest. “Craniosacral Therapy feels like a miracle—it’s subtle, yet profoundly healing.” My Approach to Craniosacral Therapy
I offer CST as part of my customized Wellness Sessions in Kaimuki, blending it with other holistic healing modalities to meet your specific needs. During each session, one of my areas of focus in CST is balancing your chakras (energy centers) to help restore harmony and alignment alongside the physical benefits of CST. Your session may also include:
If you’d like a Craniosacral-only session, simply let me know when booking or at the start of your appointment. I also offer distant | remote craniosacral therapy for clients worldwide. 🌟 Client Spotlight –
“I’ve been meditating for 30+ years and practicing Remote | Distant energy healing for 25 years. I'm highly sensitive to energy in all areas of my body. And I’m very selective about who I work with. My arthritic hips had flared again. I once spent $300 per session for CST in Florida, which worked after 4–5 visits. Stacy’s distant CST from Hawaii felt just as powerful as being on the table in person. I was moving with ease and pain-free. Stacy has raw, focused talent, skill, and results. I’m extremely grateful and will absolutely be booking future sessions with her.” — Client Walter C., Florida 📖 Read Walter’s Full Story Here Important Notes

🌿 Client Spotlight – “After injuring my shoulder, I decided to try Stacy’s Wellness Session with Reiki & Craniosacral Therapy. I was so relaxed, I even fell asleep. That night I had solid sleep, and the next morning I had full range of motion with no pain. I’m a Reiki Master myself, but even healers need healing—and I highly recommend Stacy.” — Client Lia T., Kaimuki, Hawaii Frequently Asked Questions – Craniosacral Therapy
1. What is Craniosacral Therapy [CST]? CST is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with your body’s rhythms to release restrictions, calm the nervous system and restore healthy flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) around the brain and spinal cord. Many clients also find it a powerful alternative therapy for stress and anxiety. My CST sessions often include chakra balancing to support mind-body-spirit alignment. 2. What can it help with? Many clients seek CST for:
3. What happens during a session? In my Kaimuki studio, you’ll be fully clothed and comfortably supported. Using light, intuitive hand placements, I work with your craniosacral system and energy field to release restrictions and balance your chakras. Most people feel deep relaxation, gentle shifts, and sometimes emotional release. 4. How many sessions will I need? Some clients notice results after just one session, while others benefit most from a series of 3–10 craniosacral therapy sessions in Kaimuki. Many begin with weekly sessions to build momentum, then transition to bi-monthly or monthly for maintenance. Healing is a process—more like a marathon than a sprint. For many, it’s not a “one and done.” For long-term healing, several sessions of craniosacral therapy allows your body and nervous system the time it needs to release tension, rebalance your energy, and address the root cause of your concerns. 5. Is it safe? Yes—CST is extremely gentle and safe for most, including children and during pregnancy (with doctor’s approval). It is not recommended for those with recent severe head injury, aneurysm, bleeding disorders, or active CSF leakage. 6. How is CST different from massage or chiropractic care? Unlike massage or chiropractic adjustments, CST uses very light pressure and works with your body’s natural rhythms instead of forceful manipulation. My sessions address both the physical and energetic aspects of well-being, often incorporating chakra alignment for a deeper reset. 7. How will I feel afterward? Most clients feel lighter, calmer, and more centered. Some feel energized; others deeply relaxed. It’s normal to continue processing for 24–48 hours. Many notice that the benefits are long lasting. . 🌎 Distant Craniosacral Therapy Not in Honolulu? You can still experience the benefits of CST through a distant | remote session. You’ll simply relax at home at our scheduled time while I work remotely. Many clients report sensations and results just as profound as in-person sessions. “Stacy’s distant CST felt just as powerful as being on the table in person.” — Client Walter C., Florida See Distant | Remote CST and other Energy work HERE.
