Meet StacyI am an intuitive creative Healer, Life Coach, and Artist.
As a holistic wellness practitioner, I help my clients on all levels…body, mind, spirit and soul. In a safe, comfortable, and positively charged & energetically filled space, I assist them as they do their transformative inner work. My Clients ~ All my clients have a common desire to live a happy, healthy life. They range from entrepreneurs to retirees, teenagers to seniors, and the healthy active to those with major health concerns. My goal and purpose is to help them on their unique journey. Practicing both distance and in-person work, I have been fortunate to have clients worldwide ~ from locals on Hawaii to people living on the mainland USA and around the world. For those on Oahu, I see my clients in my Kaimuki studio which is located in Honolulu. My Life Transformations and Wake-up Calls ~ While in my mid-40s, I was an attorney and I experienced major life events that were like hell on earth nightmares. My soul gave me Big signs it was ready to change: insomnia, night sweats, constant negative thinking, level 10 stress. Initially, I turned a deaf ear to it for awhile because I was scared. What would I do if I wasn't an attorney? But, the signs kept coming, getting so loud and vicious that I needed to do what it said. I was happy being an attorney...until I wasn't. So, I retired from the practice of law. One month after quitting, I found out I had breast cancer. Wow! Glad I retired when I did. I healed from breast cancer and in the process educated myself and learned all these techniques to heal myself and care for myself daily. These same techniques or modalities that helped me to heal, I use on my clients to help them in their own life journey of healing. Me? I'm healthy now, healthier than I was before. And, I created my second career of being a Wellness practitioner and an Artist. Now, I'm happy again. In my life and practice, I use a balance of logic, intuition, creativity, and spirituality to guide myself in life and in my work with my clients. What makes me Happy ~ I am happy using my different healing modalities to help my clients. I am extremely happy for my clients with the results they are experiencing. The healing modalities that I use are: Energy Work [Reiki, Healing Touch], Craniosacral Therapy, Life Coaching, Reflexology, Neuro Somatic Therapy, Sound Therapy and Aromatherapy. I enjoy connecting with each client, getting to know them, and talking with them. I share and teach them self care techniques that they can do at home. I believe that our lives are what we make of it. That we can create our lives so that we are happy, healthy, and giving back to the world. I'm glad that I can do that. That makes me happy. My Beliefs ~ I believe in God, the Higher Source, the power of prayer, love, light and positive energy. While my spirituality has roots in my Catholic education and upbringing, I believe All religions are different "faces" of the same Universal Life Force ~ God. We are meant to live happy lives. We can positively change our patterns of thinking, how we look at the world and ourselves, our health, and ultimately, our experience of our wonderful life's journey.
