FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY ["FR"]: helps those who seek to achieve and/or maintain overall health and wellness as well as those suffering from body aches & pain, tightness, ailments, illnesses, health issues. I may use a combination of up to 11 different techniques on your face all designed to help rebalance your overall system as well as help your body heal the cause of it's unbalance. Using my fingers, I work on your acupressure points, meridians, nervous, lymphatic and muscular systems for overall good health.
With consistent Wellness Sessions, Facial Reflexology has been successful in aiding people with reducing or helping your body heal from such ailments/health issues such as allergies, trigger fingers, knee pain, neck pain, back pain, hip pain, sinus problems, rashes, psoriasis, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, memory issues, infertility, menopausal issues such as hot flashes, insomnia, aches and pains; nerve issues, bells palsy. This is only a small list of what reflexology can help with in your healing. My clients need to be taking care of themselves at the same time in order for optimal results. FR alone will not help your body heal. You have to be responsible and do self-care in order to heal your body.
Self-care = eating nutrient rich foods, exercising, reducing stress, drinking water, etc.
*For best results, recommend 10 sessions or more ~ once a week or every other week.*
Then, once you are in balance, 1x/month.
NEURO FOOT REFLEXOLOGY ["NFR"]: In my Wellness session. get both Facial and and Neuro Foot Reflexology. Especially great for getting rid of aches and pains. I do this in combo with Facial Reflexology to balance your system, unblock your meridians, and aches and pains.
OCULAR REFLEXOLOGY ["OR"]: In my Wellness session. get both Facial and Ocular Reflexology. Great for helping you heal from various eye ailments/ issues like dry eye, focusing issues, macula spots, inflammation, red eye, blurred vision, running eyes, corneal abrasion, cataracts, glaucoma, pressure in the eyes. Done in combo w/ Facial Reflexology: balances your system, unblocks meridians, and focus on eye issue.
NOTE: In your Wellness session, I can only do FR & NFR OR FR & OR...but Not all 3 in one session.

Your Wellness session will typically include 2 or more of the following: Craniosacral therapy, Life coaching, Energy work, Facial Reflexology [and/or NFR or OR], Manual Lymphatic Drainage on Face only if needed and Sound therapy [Singing bowl &/or Tuning fork].

Frequently Asked Questions:
1) How many sessions and how often should I get these sessions?
For those of you who are looking to heal issues, my teacher said that for great results it takes at least 10 sessions either 1x / week or every 2 weeks is optimal. Once you have regained inner balance, then for basic maintenance, once a month is good.
2) Outside of these sessions, what do I have to do to help with my own healing process? Listen to yourself. At home, eat better, sleep earlier, exercise and de-stress. Do those things you Know need to be done. It'll get better. Yes, it'll take work and change on your part. You can do it. My Wellness sessions are your healing tools to help yourself heal yourself. Your inner healing work continues after your leave your Wellness Session. You must do your healing work at home. You are the healer of your own body. I and the other wellness practitioners [doctors, energy workers, acupuncturists, massage therapists, etc.] are merely your assistants in your life and healing journey. The power and control of your healing and happiness is solely in your hands ~ Noone else.
3) What length of time for Wellness Session do you recommend for me? My 80 min or 1 Hr 50 min Wellness session.
4) What to do After your session:
~ Drink more of just plain old water for next 48 hours to hydrate your body so it can release toxins thru sweat and urination. Also, you need the extra water so your body can do what it needs to do inside to heal.
~ Take it easy. Don't do anything strenuous or stressful. Don't stay out in the hot sun. Relax and give yourself a break. Sleep early.
~ Notice any changes to your mood, your body, your thoughts, your world. Take time to notice.
~ All folks have left their session feeling peaceful and calm. Many experienced a great nights sleep.
~ Each person's experience and healing will be different. Some Folks may experience immediate relief. Others may feel it several hours after or the next day. Some may not notice anything at all. One thing in common, in all these folks, their body is balancing itself out.
~ In few folks on rare occasion, they may experience that things feel "worse" before they get better. Again, their body is balancing itself out. This is a good sign. Healing is happening. As is the case with healing, it's not always a bed of roses. Just like getting acupuncture, massage, starting a new workout regime, their body may feel "bad" before it feels better. It happens to some folks. For these folks, typically they'll feel better within 48 hours. If this lasts for more than 48 hours, then suggest you contact me and schedule for another appointment to help "unblock" you. Healing inside your body is happening.
