Energy work might be a new concept for many people. It was for me until Stacy explained it to me before my first session. I've known Stacy for a while and when I was going through chemo, she suggested I come in for Healing Touch Energy Work and Facial Reflexology (to help with the pain). Stacy does a terrific job of explaining the process and one can't help but relax with her. She is empathic, intuitive, and knowledgeable. In our healing touch sessions, I would come in with pain ~ usually at a level 8-9 ~ and after our session, the pain would decrease to a level 5 - 6. I noticed that the rest of the day and the next few days the pain stayed or went below 5 - 6 and I felt more centered. I had one facial reflexology and I loved it. I'm an LMT and I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this treatment was - I felt amazing afterward. I can't sing her praises loudly enough. She is the real deal.
