You've tried all the other helpful techniques right before your bedtime: not watch tv right; turned off all your techy toys like phone, Ipad; drink hot tea [non-caffeine]; meditate; lavender sachet under your pillow; essential oils on the soles of your feet; prayed to God that you have a good nite sleep.
And, still Nothing worked.
