Stressed Out? Give Craniosacral Therapy a try

Are you feeling super stressed out? Losing sleep? Feeling out of balance?  Have a worry wart voice that keeps telling you negative stuff in your head over and over again like a broken record?  Perhaps you are even feeling pain somewhere in your body.  

Try Craniosacral therapy.    Your body is in stress overload. It needs help to "calm" down.  Craniosacral therapy helps calm down your nervous system.  Reducing this stress overload in your nervous system helps your body have a space to "heal" itself.  

As I always tell 1st time clients, give it a try ~ what have you got to lose? Your stress! In my Wellness session, I use Craniosacral therapy along with other modalities such as life coaching, Energy Work and Facial Reflexology.  I always recommend clients get at least the 90 min or even the 2 hour session for an optimal self-care session for themselves.  


Your health both physical and emotional is on ongoing journey.  So is self-care.  My Wellness sessions are great form of self-care for you.  In addition to you taking care of yourself at home with better eating habits, exercise habits and retraining your thinking habits to better ones, use my Wellness sessions as another dimension of your healthcare routine.  Just like you schedule your monthly hair or other beauty appointment, schedule your monthly Wellness session so you are in tip top shape. Beauty is both inside as well as outside.

Relationships and Life Lessons: Abundance and Wealth

A good thing to remember in all our relationships w/ people.
What lesson/s am I learning from this?
What repeats that doesn’t make you happy?
That’s where your lesson lies.


With an open heart, what can you do to change it that makes you happy?
Is it a sign to you to change something in your life?
To give you another perspective?
To give you a kick in the butt?
To make you stand up for yourself?

To voice your feelings instead of pushing them down all the time?
To let go? To love with no expectations?
To respect someone’s choice without trying to change them?
​Sometimes the lesson is to part ways. To move on. Your paths have changed.

There’s a belief, that we all make a pact before we are born w/ other souls to help each other learn different lessons that our soul wants us to learn in each lifetime to move to a higher spiritual level. So some folks only show up for a short time for us to learn one lesson. Others are longer in our lives because we have much deeper soul lessons to learn.

This is one way of looking at relationships to make sense of why things happen. For us to blossom as a soul. For us to become who we really are deep inside all these layers covering us - smothering us. Like a butterfly emerging thru its cocoon. Be that butterfly. Learn your lessons - hard as they may be - and emerge stronger and wiser and with an open heart...fly!

Sleepless nights? Insomnia? Get a Good Nights sleep with Craniosacral work

You have insomnia? Waking up in the middle of the night? Unable to go back to sleep? Stressed out? Feeling tired and zombie like in the morning ~ entire day? 

You've tried all the other helpful techniques right before your bedtime: not watch tv right; turned off all your techy toys like phone, Ipad; drink hot tea [non-caffeine]; meditate; lavender sachet under your pillow; essential oils on the soles of your feet; prayed to God that you have a good nite sleep. 
And, still Nothing worked. 

Don't throw in the towel.  There's other things you can do which you probably haven't heard about before...nor has your friends or relatives. 

What's that? CranioSacral work ~ a form of energy work. 

Slow down your nervous system with Craniosacral Energy work.  It can help calm and relax your central nervous system so that your body is not on "Go" when you are trying to get a deep restful sleep. 

How do I know? It worked for me.  I would wake up like clock work around 3am.  It was always "to use the bathroom".  Then, back in bed...eyes shut...but I could not fall asleep for an hour or so.  My mind would start thinking about all  the things I needed to do, didn't want to do, told me things I should do...none of it was helpful, only irritating. 

Then, I took a Craniosacral class.  And, practiced Craniosacral on my fellow students and they practiced on me. And, I realized that I was no longer waking up at night at all. That I fell asleep and stayed sleeping until the morning. A coincidence? I know it's not. That's the only thing that was different in my daily routine. And, Craniosacral does work on the nervous system to balance, smooth and calm it out for healing of one's body.  

Obviously, I cannot guarantee anything. But, I know it worked on me. I did have several CranioSacral sessions.  So, this is Not a one shot deal. But, if you are at wits end and want to get a good night's sleep with no waking up, give Craniosacral a try.  In your session, I will also do Facial Reflexology techniques that are also known to help "cure" those sleepless nights.  I strongly advise you schedule for my 90 minute or 2 hour session. A Happy You: Get Back to Basics

The way to a healthier and happier life is to "Go Back to the Basics".

FOOD: This means eat more "whole foods", less of everything, cut out the crappy processed foods [anything store bought with more than 4 ingredients or anything with words that sound "scientific"], reduce your sugar/salt/fat/oils/meats/dairy/gluten, eat MORE Organic Vegetable of variety of colors & Organic Fruits, stop eating after 8pm, reduce Alcohol to 3 glasses per week, and DRINK MORE WATER!

EXERCISE: Yeah, you heard me. Get out and walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 min a day. Get your heart going. You can even do this in your own home. Prisoners do this in their little cell...for goodness sakes ~ so we don't have an excuse. We were made to MOVE...so get off your butts and start MOVING! Dance, swim, run, walk fast, play soccer/basketball/what have you. Just get moving.

SLEEP: Nightly, our bodies heal, repair, clean out, rejuvenate when we are sleeping. Research says that this is done nightly 10pm to 2am. Our bodies cannot do this when we are awake. Think about it. So, sleep earlier so you are the best body you can be in the morning.

MEDITATE: Yeah, you heard me. Let your brain/mind take a breather from it's normal juggling act it does 24/7. Try sitting for 5 min and just BE. If a thought pops up, don't latch onto it...let it Go. This gives your brain/mind some "breathing room" to be calm and destressed. Build up to 20 min a day. You can break this into smaller segments if need be. I do this early morning and late night before I go to bed. I have my spot ~ on our front porch overlooking our garden ~ sitting on my chair. Find your spot and make it a good habit.

HAVE SOME FUN: Daily do something ~ anything that makes you happy. Do something different than you normal comatose zombie watching Korean tv or Netflix or Prime. What makes you really happy? Is it reading? Listening to relaxing music? Walking around your quiet neighborhood? Staring at the stars? Talking to your kids? Playing with your pets? Drawing/knitting/crocheting/writing? Do something besides your "normal" tv watching. And have some FUN.

EXPRESS YOURSELF: Weekly, make it a Great habit to talk to your friends, family and strangers ~ turn them into friends. And Express yourself. Ask them how they are doing. Then, Share with them how you are doing. Go a little deeper than you normally would. Stretch that friendship/relationship with real feelings. This has been proven to help us with better emotional, mental and physical health. And, it strengthens your relationships and makes them that much stronger.

This will get you going on the right path for physical, emotional and mental memory health. Really. There's research that backs this up. And, really, when you think about it...this is how folks have been living for thousands of years. Back to the basics. Makes for the Best You.

Pain in the Wrist...say Goodbye Pain!

Say "Bye Bye" to your Pain...
Client Experience:
My client lifted 3 caste iron frying pans at once. This caused extreme pain in her left wrist.
About 2 weeks after the incident, she came to me for her regular Energy Work session.
At the start of session, her left wrist's pain was Level 4
[NOTE: on a pain scale where Level 10 = super pain].
After energy work, her wrist pain went down to Level 3.
And, I also did Facial Reflexology focusing on her pain.
After Facial Reflexology, her wrist pain went down to ZERO! Gone!
She was super happy...so was !.
From Level 4 to Zero in one session.
The next day, she said the pain was still gone.
Her hand feels almost back to normal. When she bent it back in one position, it felt tight. 
I told her if after a week, her hand is still not "back to normal", then schedule another FR session w/ me.

A week later, she said her wrist was Normal...no pain...no tightness.

If the World goes up in Flames...

Be Internally Happy even if the world is going up in Flames...

Inside of me, there's this feeling that's been niggling at me
for several months the whispers have gotten more frequent
and today, I realized what it was saying to me...

Clear all the crap out of my head, my ego, my mind
so that no matter what happens
no matter what happens
I can be at Peace, be Happy, be Calm
No matter what.
Be Peace, Be Happy, Be Calm.

I always recall the story of the Tibetan monk
who said "I am sad when I am unable to love the Chinese guards that imprison me".
That feeling of always being able to see the positive inspite of what appears to be so many negatives...
that's what I want to attain.

And, I see it more and more
Each experience with someone or something

For instance, that person who seems to be dr. jekyl and mr hyde.
Friendly one second, then jabbing at me w/ their words the next.
Nowadays, I more easily can take it *Not* personally
I see that person and their inner struggle as not having anything to do w/ me.
Understanding that the person is internally battling a war inside her own head
which she tries to play out w/ me
I do Not engage
as it has nothing to do with me...
at all
Not in my world.
Nada.

Each experience with the outer world
is a constant maintaining of My inner harmony,
balance, homeostatis
within Me.

And, that's the way I am more easily seeing minute to minute
encounters...as tests to help me maintain inner peace.
Like sparring w/ a boxing partner...jab dodge jab dodge
bounce bounce shuffle shuffle. And if I get punched,
I am more easily able to shake it off and move on.
I am more agile, more clear, more free.

I want to reach a point that if the world around me
was crumbling down
that I would remain calm, be at peace, and still see the
beauty within and around me.
Happy no matter what.

We are All Blessed.

I had a reiki energy session w/ my client.
About 2 weeks prior, she had surgery that involved them cutting into her scalp.
For days after the surgery, naturally, she had been experiencing pain and now she wanted it to all just heal. 

​Before she left her house to come to our session, her temp was 100 degrees. That was not normal. But she had a feeling to just come to our reiki session.

As she arrived at the salon, she checked her temperature and it was 100.4 degrees. If it rose higher, she would go to emergency. She wanted to stay and have our session and would check her temp in 15 min.

I asked her to create an intention for herself for this session. She wanted her body to regain inner balance, to heal calmly smoothly and easily. We set this as our intention.

As I always do, I "coach" during my sessions. I asked what she's been up to since her surgery. She said she was still working. And, her job involves her caring for a lot of people w/ health issues. I suggested that she give herself more self love, baby herself, nurture herself. As much love and caring she gives others...and she gives a lot as she is in the healthcare industry...to give herself at least 3 x More. Fill herself up w/ Love. And heal herself. Take naps and sleep longer for it's only when we sleep that our body can concentrate on healing.
My suggestions to her felt right to her.
She repeated my words.

I did my reiki enerywork on her.... 15 min later...her temp was still holding at 100.4 degrees. She wanted to continue w/ our session.

Next 15 min...still holding at 100.4.

As I was working on her, I felt like a cold sweat over my entire body.
I wondered if she was feeling this too...or was it just me.
I was not ill.
When I do work, at times, I experience what my client is feeling.
Also, I saw a golden glow around her head and upper body area and saw a glow around my hands.

Next 15 min...still holding at 100.4.

More energywork...now 1 hour later....her temp went down to 99.9 degrees.
I continued to do my energywork on her.

30 min. later...the end of our 90 min session...
her temp was now down to
99.4 degrees.
She felt better.

She was glad she listened to her intuition and came to our session.
She would continue to check her temp thruout the night and the next day.
If she needed to, she would seek medical help.
She had a plan.

We set our next session for the next week.

I checked in w/ her the next day...this morning.
How was she doing?
She texted back a great word:
"Good"

Ahhh, the power of energy.
Blessed is our divine inner strength.
The power of Self Healing, Positive thoughts and Positive Energy.

During my energywork sessions, I channel energy to my clients...Pure Energy from God, the Universe, the Higher Source of All Life.  Then, my clients take that energy and their body knows exactly what to do with it. They continue to heal themselves as they need it, where they need it...body, mind, soul.

Yes, we are All Blessed that God has given us a body, mind, and soul that knows exactly what to do...if we just let it do it's thing.   We are Blessed.
